9. when you are in charge of management, do not work hard with your subordinates.

Your value lies in management coordination, so that the whole team can accomplish the task well.

10., when a management team exceeds a level, avoid excessive bypassing between subordinates and their subordinates.

11., don't imagine that everyone is satisfied.

As a grass-roots employee, try not to participate in office politics.

Because companies are often restructured for business needs, you don't know when to become your new boss.

12., considering the long-term development of the profession, do not quit job hopping too often.

Ability, experience and connections all take time to accumulate.
