China Hunan Textile And Apparel Industrial Park Settled In Ningxiang

With the strong support of the China Textile Industry Association, the "China Hunan textile and Apparel Industrial Park" held a licensing ceremony in Ningxiang, Hunan in July 23rd.

The establishment of the industrial park will play a positive role in promoting the formation of Hunan's textile and garment industry cluster, meeting the industrial gradient pfer, and speeding up the structural adjustment and industrial upgrading of Hunan's garment industry.

As a large agricultural county with more than 130 million people, Ningxiang has become an industrial county after many years of arduous struggle, especially in recent years. It has been ranked 124 in the national socio-economic development index in 2006.

Ningxiang people are adhering to the "Hu Ren Ren" Hu Xiang culture.

As early as the early 90s of last century, under the guidance of "forget" and "San de Xi", dozens of garment enterprises took western trousers as the leading products for scale development.

Driven by Ningxiang, after the phenomenon of "Jiangsu and Zhejiang shirt phenomenon" in the history of Chinese clothing, there was another "wonder" phenomenon of "Hunan trousers phenomenon".

Nowadays, "forget" and "Saint West" have long been the top 100 enterprises in China's clothing industry, which are "sales revenue, total profit and profit margins". They are national famous brands with "China famous trademarks" and "national inspection free products".

Ningxiang garment industry not only owns the national and provincial brand enterprises, but also accounts for 40% of the total garment output in the province.

If we say that the past brilliance of Ningxiang and even Hunan's clothing industry is only based on the four seasons climate, the long history of Humanities and the fashion of fashion, then it will have the foundation of undertaking industrial pfer in the future development process, and the brand team with the market influence and the favorable economic environment as a guarantee.

When Guo Zhenggui, Secretary of the CPC Ningxiang county Party committee, took the bronze medal from the Hunan textile industry management office Tang Tao Tao, he said that the advantages of Ningxiang's "Hunan textile and Garment Industrial Park" were reflected in the following aspects: first, the foundation for the development of the industry; two, there were abundant labor resources.

Ningxiang is a major educational County in the country, and the township of skilled workers in the province. Three, there is a good platform for development.

Jinzhou new district of Ningxiang economic development zone is only 18Km from the urban area of Changsha, with a planned area of 10 square kilometers, with a good location advantage; four, an excellent economic environment; and five, a matching industrial chain guarantee.

In order to solve the "bottleneck" problem of the upstream and downstream industry chain of garment enterprises in the park, we have introduced more than 10 supporting enterprises such as printing and dyeing, textile, washing and logistics, and set up information center and clothing marketing center, highlighting the characteristics of R & D design, clothing production, exhibition trade and training logistics integration.

Ningxiang has the ability to run textile and garment industrial parks.

As a classic garment in Hunan, Hunan embroidery, linen and bamboo fiber fabrics and their costumes are rich in cultural elements and have a long history.

With the continuous development of economy and society, the total production of textile and clothing reached 22 billion yuan in 2006, and 39 technical pformation projects of brand clothing enterprises were completed.

The annual sales revenue jumped from the twenty-third place in the country to 15, and the textile and garment industry has been restored to a new level.

The newly established Hunan textile and garment industrial park will become a booster for the upgrading of Hunan's garment industry.
