The enterprise fines up to 1 million yuan for violating the air pollution prevention and control law. At the same time, some regions have set up a stop production date: from July 15, 2019 onwards, for a month.

Take Linyi, Shandong as an example, the relevant inspectors will not greet, do not give notice, do not escort, go directly to the village, to the enterprise, and make unannounced visits during the day and night without interruption. Once a violation is found, all enterprises under the village committee will be suspended for 1 months from today.

"Emergency emission reduction guidance" issued or become the basis for limiting production and shutting down production

The opinions set clear grading indicators and differentiated emergency emission reduction measures for 15 industries, including iron and steel, coking, casting, glass and petrochemical industries.
