This year is the 70th anniversary year of the founding of new China. It is the key year to win the first hundred years' goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way. In the past 70 years, under the leadership of the party and the state, China's textile industry has achieved all-round and pioneering development, and has become the pioneer of the country's opening up to the outside world and the forerunner of the economic restructuring. This embodies the hardships and wisdom of the about 20000000 practitioners of textile and textile systems. Lu Tai is proud to be a participant in the great cause of China's textile industry.

As a "60 after", I can say that it grew with the development of new China and the textile industry, and felt the remarkable achievements of the motherland and the earth shaking changes in the industry. This year is exactly the twentieth year that I directly engaged in the textile industry.

We have caught up with a great era.

My earliest connection with textile industry was traced back to the beginning of reform and opening up. In the early 1980s, the state began to implement the policy of reform and opening up, and the national economy maintained a rapid growth. The textile industry was also in the stage of rapid development, and the entire textile industry showed a thriving situation. In 1987, the district government of Zichuan District of Zibo decided to set up the seventh cotton spinning mill in Zibo, develop the cotton textile industry, absorb the employment of the local surplus labor force, and change the industrial structure of Zichuan. My father, comrade Liu Shizhen, was appointed by the Zichuan District Committee as director of the seventh cotton mill in Zibo. More than 300 entrepreneurs of the company were full of endless vision for their career. Since then, I have begun to contact Textiles and understand textiles, though not directly involved, but the spirit and deeds of the older generation of textile workers have inspired me.

At the beginning of the establishment of the seven cotton industry, it was at a low ebb of the national cotton spinning industry. The market economy environment was in a bad situation. With the lack of funds, backward equipment, low product grades and narrow market, it was difficult to develop. But we caught up with a great era and caught up with the reform and opening up policy. Once again, the climax of foreign investment in China was around 1988. With the gradual opening of the blueprint for reform and opening up, the state began to allow foreign investment to enter China, and seven cotton seized the opportunity in this period to form a joint venture with Lu Tai Textile Co., Ltd. in Thailand. Against this background, Lu Tai was able to introduce foreign capital, import advanced equipment, technology and experts from abroad, learn from advanced international management experience, and achieve product export, thus changing the fate of premature death at any time in the early days of the enterprise.

Lu Tai is a witness to the development and growth of the country, and also a beneficiary. For a long time, when I talk about the development of Lu Tai, my gratitude to the party and the state is beyond words. It is a good policy of the party and the state that has made Lu Tai successful. Here, I want to thank our great country, the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the policy of reform and opening up.

Carding the thread of Lu Tai's development can clearly see that, thanks to the correct guidance of the party and the state, Lu Tai's development can be healthy, stable and sustainable.

In 1978, the party's the third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee opened the historical course of China's reform and opening up. In October 1984, the party put forward the policy of invigorating the economy and opening to the outside world in the third Plenary Session of the 12th CPC Central Committee, and proposed further liberalizing and revitalizing the urban collective enterprises and small state-owned enterprises. In 1987, under the background of adjusting the industrial structure in Zichuan District of Zibo, Zibo seventh cotton mill, the predecessor of Lu Tai Company, came into being and began to build.

In 1992, the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly put forward the idea of "establishing and improving the socialist market economic system". Since then, the shareholding system has been actively experimenting. In 1993, Lu Tai carried out the shareholding system transformation, introduced the ISO9000 quality management system, and established the modern enterprise system.

The report of the 15th National Congress of the Communist Party of China further elaborated on the shareholding system, and thoroughly removed the hat of "pilot" in the capital market. In 1997, Lu Tai issued 80 million shares of B shares abroad, and financing was used to expand the top grade yarn dyed fabric production line, and jumped into Asia's six largest producers of yarn dyed fabrics.

The sixteen major reports of the Party pointed out: "implementing the strategy of developing the western region has a bearing on the overall situation of national development, and is related to national unity and stability in the border areas." In 2003, Lu Tai and Xinjiang Awati County Harvest three games, set up Xinjiang Lu Tai harvest cotton limited liability company, and constantly improve the overall industrial chain and overall layout, and continue to grow bigger and stronger.

The eighteen party put forward the implementation of innovation driven development strategy, promote strategic adjustment of economic structure, accelerate the transformation of economic development mode. In 2013, the party and the state put forward the concept of "one belt and one road". In 2014, Lu Tai began to put forward the strategy of "improving quality and increasing efficiency" and "comprehensive internationalization", set up TOYOTA's LTPS mode, set up international offices, set up offices in Milan, Italy and Tokyo, set up a company in the United States, and invested more than 400 million US dollars to promote the construction of overseas production bases such as Kampuchea, Burma and Vietnam. The company has won the "National Quality Award", the third "China Industrial Award", "National Science and technology progress award first prize" and other honors.

The nineteen major reports of the Party pointed out that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era, and China's economy has shifted from high speed growth stage to high quality development stage. In 2017, Lu Tai opened the new thirty year journey and proposed the goal of reconstructing a Rutai in the next 5~10 years. In 2018, Lu Tai Group's historical revenue exceeded 10 billion mark, and achieved a good start in the new thirty years' development.

General secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in the nineteen report of the party that the initial intention and mission of the Chinese Communists is to create happiness for the Chinese people and to revive the Chinese nation. The textile industry is a large and stable pillar industry in the contemporary Chinese national economy. It shoulders the historical mission of realizing the beautiful Chinese dream of "people living in good clothes" and "beautiful clothes and beautiful houses". Over the past 30 years, Lu Tai has been steadfastly following the party, adhering to the feelings of the country and the textile industry, and never forget his original heart and temper, and realized the dream of a century.

All along, Lu Tai has always kept in mind the mission of "creating wealth, contributing to the society, wearing a wide range of clothes and weaving the world," and realizing the industry and serving the country.
