Recently, the board of directors of Fujian Fu Neng Limited by Share Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "company") received the resignation report submitted by Mr. Shen Longshan, the senior management of the company.
Mr. Shen Longshan applied for resignation from the company's deputy general manager to meet the statutory retirement age.
The ninth provisional meeting of the ninth board of directors agreed with 9 votes, 0 votes against, 0 abstentions, and agreed with Mr. Shen Longshan's resignation application. He also fully acknowledged his contribution to the company's development during his tenure and expressed his heartfelt thanks to him.
Mr. Shen Longshan's resignation will not affect the normal conduct of the company's related work.
