The Akesu textile industrial city was approved by the people's Government of autonomous region in 2010 as an autonomous region textile park.

The development zone relies on abundant resources.

Resource advantages, the park is positioned as a demonstration base for the construction of a new modern textile industrial city and the pfer of the Eastern Textile Industry to Xinjiang. The western part of the country is an important textile export base for Central Asia, South Asia and even Europe. Cotton textile processing is the leading base for high-quality cotton, cotton and cotton textile processing. It forms a new modern ecological textile industrial city with high industrial cluster.

At present, a total of 26 textile, weaving and home textile enterprises have signed up, including 8 cotton enterprises, and 8 enterprises have started work, totaling 600 thousand spindles, and 1 million 100 thousand spindles are being built. It is estimated that 3 will start at the end of the year, and plans to build 1 million ingots by the end of this year.

At present, Huafu color spinning has invested 1 million ingot projects and Jingwei Textile investment 1 million yuan project. In the future, there will be 1 million investment projects of Zhejiang provincial government's counterpart support and Development Zone cooperation.

Chiang Kai Shek introduced the textile industry city according to the strategy of the western development of the country, vigorously inviting and attracting investment, giving preferential policies to the region: 1., subsidizing the construction of the factory; 2 increasing the training and pportation of the labor force, and subsidizing; 3., helping enterprises to finance loans; 4., preferential land policies.

In accordance with the requirements of the Autonomous Region Party committee and government and the goal of promoting the employment of millions of people in the textile and garment industry, Akesu textile industrial city aims to build the largest textile industry in southern Xinjiang.

The industrial base, the employment re employment base and the product processing export base not only solve the problem of labor employment in Akesu, but also absorb the employment of the rural surplus labor force in various parts of the southern Xinjiang, and promote the social stability and long-term stability in southern Xinjiang.
