I was there. At heart G, a female boss of another department, was identified as a capable woman: she graduated from Shanghai financial university. She graduated from the former AA Andersen audit. After two or three years, she went to an American capital company. After two years, she entered the board of director of the company. The US funded company sponsored her to read MBA of University of Chicago, so she and my 200 to 4W boss were classmates. There was a husband who worked in Wall Street and had a green card. Then she went to our company through global hiring to become controller. The elder sister's skin is white and slippery, and she is a little fatter. She keeps short hair and has a pure American English. When she came to our company, she was almost the same age as I am now, so her team employees are older than her. I thought she was a man of God, and often wondered if I could have such a life and work achievement at her age.


G is going to have a baby in the United States after she is pregnant, so she began to take a long vacation in 6 months, which would take several months longer than the normal maternity leave. Such a long vacation, she must have someone on top. G sister went to Shanghai office, just as Guangzhou office wanted to move to Shanghai. She devoted herself to this complex relocation project. Able people are capable people. They are the same as controller.


The B company's capable people basically go the very regular way: the famous university -- the big company works --MBA/qualification-- promotion, the basic plane is relatively high, all jumps around in the famous foreign enterprise.

Many male managers in our company have more money than their wives. We often have to work hard on our own fundamentals and then lift the fundamentals.

Our department also has another type of able person, social recruit, work experience, to H company rapidly after lifting fundamentals.


M, a male colleague, has a good relationship with me. He worked as a treasurer in a small cement factory in the small town of China. Although he could live in a small city, he felt that the absolute value was too small to come to H company. After his arrival in our department, his comprehensive ability has been greatly improved. The annual meetings, the interesting sports meet, the monthly election star, Outing, he has taken all the responsibility. Of course, he works very conscientiously and is responsible for working overtime more than 100 hours a month, which has made a great contribution to their group. M came to H company for two years, and soon completed the transformation from backbone to supervisor. The income should be 20 times higher than that in the cement plant.


Our department also has an able person, TT, who used to be an accountant in Pingxiang coal mine in Jiangxi. She was a little physical challenge.. But he had a clear mind and worked hard. When she saw beautiful MM, she was very happy.


I always believe that there is a theory of birth, but not only theory of origin.


But I am very sure that multinational corporations represented by B can not afford to graduate graduates from 2 or 3 years of age, because there is a team of professionals who have worked for many years, such as MBA, and it is impossible to hire M and TT grassroots. From this point of view, H company is indeed an independent person. The career paths of many of my colleagues around the world are ordinary schools -- small companies -- Foxconn --HW. Perhaps because they had been grass-roots, precipitated, depressed, they have worked hard after HW and are willing to work hard. Therefore, whether it is capable or grassroots, as long as the right fundamentals are found, they can break out of their own world.
