Should The Workplace Start From The Bottom?

Wang Yue (a pseudonym), a graduate student of a prestigious university, starts from the "bellboy" intern of a four star hotel. He gets up at 5 o'clock every day to help guests open the door and pick up their luggage.

Then I went to the most difficult housekeeping Department of a five star hotel, cleaned rooms, changed sheets and cleaned toilets.

After 8 months of internship, his diligent, open-minded and eager learning finally won him the admission intention of the five star hotel.

Wang Yue said that we must have our own judgement, find a way that suits us, and stick to it.

Does Wang Yue's story touch you?

Do you have similar career planning?

After two years in a small company, I feel I have no future to study abroad, but I did not think that the experience of a senior teacher changed my mind.

When she was working in the United Nations, she worked as a dustman and cleaned toilets. Later, when other staff members talked with her, she found out that she was a graduate student, so there were some chores for sorting papers. Others would ask her if she would like to do so.

She did well, and others gave her more and more tasks and trusted her more and more.

When she graduated, she became a full-time employee of the United Nations.

I thought there was no opportunity for the development of small companies, but maybe this small company was the "toilet of the United Nations" in my career.

Inspired by the story of my sister and Wang Yue, I lowered my expectations of going abroad to study, put my mind at ease, and tried every kind of work. Good prospects were made, and I could not rely solely on my brain.

I am also facing graduate student this year. My learning electron is quite different from that of Wang Yue's classmates.

The hotel management students I know will have such an experience. They will practice in the most difficult and tiring jobs of luxury hotels. Many management trainees recruited by multinational companies follow the principles of learning management first and being managed by others.

I do not mind starting from the workers in the factory, I can familiarise myself with the production process, but this is to build a foundation for better development. If I work in this position for a long time, I will not be able to accept it.

I think Wang Yue's classmate should be the same.

I think Wang Yue is most valuable in his attitude of being willing and modest.

The work I signed now is of research nature, but the company also requires us to have in factory training.

These months to a year's work life will be very bitter. Some people are beginning to complain about whether it is necessary for the company to do so. Obviously, everyone's attitude towards work has been widen.

The work of a worker is not difficult to do, but some people do it with complaining. Some people do it with their eyes wide open. The longer they do, the bigger the difference will be.

Wang Yue's success is simply a matter of physical exertion. I think his attitude towards modesty and learning decides everything.

We have many opportunities to "brush toilets", but if we do not change our attitude, I am afraid we can not brush out our career future.

After graduation, I was assigned to practice as a cashier at a famous chain supermarket.

In order to understand the whole operation process of the supermarket, where I am the most tired, I volunteer.

It is just the Chinese New Year. I volunteered to work overtime. One plus is three days. After I go home, my feet are swollen and I can't take off my shoes. But I firmly believe that the sky will be great for the sage.

A week later, the head office recruited finance, not a finance major. I was unexpectedly recommended, and I was accepted for being honest and studious.

In order to improve the professional level quickly, I enrolled in various training courses in my spare time.

I have not been disappointed by those who believe in me for several years when I worked there.

After leaving the company, I entered the Finance Department of a foreign-funded enterprise smoothly.

Sometimes career planning should be adjusted according to the actual situation.

But when we set goals, we must take them seriously.

When I Have The Same Surname As The Leader

After the selection of layers of examinations, I finally got the way to the door of the government. On the first day of work, the director asked me to familiarize myself with the working environment. While I was browsing through the old materials, a leader of the class walked into the Department. The director and the clerks rose from their seats to greet him. He waved to the public and signaled to sit down and do their work. He turned around and stopped in front of me and said, "the first da
