3. The diameter and position of the top stick should be determined according to the actual size of the injection machine (design size).
Six, positioning ring
1, each mold must be equipped with a locating ring (that is, locating flange) to be positioned in a convenient mold.
2, the size of the positioning ring should be determined according to the aperture of the injection machine panel.
3. The tolerance of the locating ring is 0.2 to 0.4mm, and the height of the protruding die panel is 8 to 10mm.
4. The standard size of the locating ring (flange) of mould and machine plate is 100mm-0.20^-0.40mm.
Seven. First reset device.
1. When the thimble barrel and the position ejector device are involved, the die must be reset on the die, so that the ejector plate can not be reset by spring, so as to avoid the failure of the spring in the future, and the position (core pulling) collides with the thimble barrel.
2, the stroke switch must be installed between the thimble plate and the movable template to ensure that the first reset device is effective and the electrified clamping can be carried out.
Eight. Thimble plate guide pin bushing
1. Thimble plate length is 12 or more, or the position of the mould is partial.
2. There are more small thimble configurations with a diameter of less than 2mm.
3, configure more tube (more than 10).
4, in the above three cases, four guide posts and guide sleeves must be added to the thimble plate to ensure that the thimble is balanced and ejection smoothly.
Nine. Thimble plate spring bow
1, all molds must be fitted with four repositioning slingshots on the thimble plate to help the thimble retract evenly.
2, use plastic mold special blue catapult, reset the slingshot two ends smooth.
3, the reduction of the slingshot can not be compressed more than 40% of the free length. Four ejector pins must be made on the thimble panel when the plastic parts are effectively ejecting.
4, reset the slingshot fixed, must have both ends of the fixed sink hole, prohibit one end of the hole, one side of the plane is not reliable.
Ten, automatic dehydration device
1, the water outlet mold (three plate mold) must rely on the pull rod, rod or return pin to ensure that the nozzle plate and A board move to the nozzle automatically fall off.
2, the material used for braces is 10mm or 12mm thick.
3. The diameter of the screw can not be less than 8-14mm.
4, the use of B board (dynamic template) surface with 4 nylon nylon screws (nylon pulling machine), the effect is safe, reliable, economical and practical.
Eleven. Thimble action
1, should ensure that beer is reliably ejection on any occasion, and ensure that it does not involve any other parts of the mold after being closed.
2. When the ejection is not allowed to cause the deformation of the beer piece, the phenomenon of Rhizoma Bletillae sticking is rapidly ejecting and the thimble trace does not affect the appearance quality of the beer piece.
3, the ejection should be balanced and very smooth. No ejection of the thimble should occur.
4. After the ejection is finished, the thimble should be automatically retracted (except for the special mold).
十二、行位动作
1, the slider (row position) action should be smooth, ensure that the shape is invariable, and can not appear dead movement, uneven, loose and so on.
2. Large slide slide surface should be opened with oil groove.
3. Large slipper must have cooling water channel.
4. Slide block and slide part should be used in conjunction with HVE6.
5. When the length of slide stroke is too long, it must be guided on the die base. The length of the sliding part is about 1.5 times that of the width. When the core is slid, the matching part of the slide block in the guide groove must have 2 / 3 tubes in the guide chute.
6, the combination of the inclined guide hole and the inclined guide pillar must leave more than 0.2mm clearance to prohibit the same large coordination.
7, the angle of the inclined guide column is less than 2 degrees of the row position, and the heavy block must be extended to the lower die 15 - 20mm, and the 10 degree inclined plane is interlocked back pressure.
8, the combination of the round surface slide block, the angle between the longitudinal and the wedge surface, the difference between the angle of the inclined column and the angle of the inclined column are 2 degrees. The same degree is forbidden. The final location of the slider on the die must be pushed or pulled with the slingshot, and the wave ball can not be used in form, so as not to cause the slide block to hurt the sticking block and the inclined guide pillar when closing the mold.
9, all rows must have a wear resistant plate on the surface, and the length of the surface is equal to 30mm, and the width is equal to 50mm.
The fine position and the pressure plate must be hardened and hardened for more than 52 degrees. The large position will be nitrided or stiffened according to the requirements before the die opening.
